Our jewelry is engineered from 316L stainless steel. It is built to endure. If your piece fades, tarnishes, or breaks under regular use, we will replace it.

 

WHAT IS COVERED

  • Fading or tarnishing of the metal

  • Structural breakage under normal wear conditions

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Our fair use policy ensures fairness for all customers. This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Surface scratches and normal cosmetic wear

  • Intentional damage or alterations

  • Damage caused by third parties or misuse

Policy Limit: We offer exactly one free replacement per purchased item
