SHIPPING & DISPATCH

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

  • Delivery Time: 4–8 working days tracking included.

  • Shipping Rates: Free for orders £40+. A flat rate of £3 applies to orders of 1 item.

We do not hold responsibility for late shipments due to carrier issues, or lost parcels resulting from customer neglect, incorrect address inputs, or natural disasters.


30-DAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You may return your jewelry for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition and remain inside the original packaging to be accepted for a return.


DAMAGE CLAIMS

If your jewelry arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of the tracking status being marked as "delivered."

To file a claim, email support@316archive.com with the following data:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Clear description of the damage

  • Photographic proof of the damage

We reserve the right to deny any claims that do not meet these criteria or fall outside the 48-hour window.
